1. The services

We provide done-for-you video editing services, including high-performing advertisement edits (with VFX and AI-assisted visuals), organic short-form nurture videos, and related creative direction. Specific deliverables, volumes, and turnaround times are described on our Pricing page and in the plan you select.

2. Plans, orders & billing

  • Monthly plans (e.g. "Starter" and "Growth") are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • One-off orders are billed once at the time of purchase.
  • All prices are stated in US Dollars (USD) unless noted otherwise, and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which may be added where required by law.
  • Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card or banking details on our servers.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for any charges incurred under your account.

3. Turnaround & delivery

Our typical turnaround is 36–48 hours per edit after we receive your usable raw footage and clear direction. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary with footage complexity, revision cycles, and the completeness of the materials you provide. Deliverables are provided digitally via a shared folder or download link.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Provide raw footage, brand assets, and direction in a timely, usable format.
  • Ensure you own or have the necessary rights and licences to all footage, music, images, logos, and other materials you supply to us.
  • Review deliverables and provide consolidated revision notes promptly.
  • Use the final deliverables in compliance with the advertising policies of the platforms on which you run them.

5. Revisions

Revisions are included as described in your plan. Revision requests should be provided as clear, timestamped notes. Substantial changes to scope, direction, or source footage after work has begun may be treated as a new deliverable.

6. Intellectual property & ownership

Upon full payment for the relevant deliverable, you own the final edited video files we deliver to you for your intended use. You retain all rights to the raw materials you provide. We may retain project files and edited work for our own records and, unless you request otherwise in writing, we may display finished work in our portfolio and marketing (e.g. this website and our social media). If you prefer your work not be shown publicly, let us know at any time.

7. Confidentiality

We treat unreleased footage and materials you share as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties except as needed to deliver the services (for example, cloud storage used to transfer files).

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services to produce content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, deceptive, or that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to decline or stop work on any project that we reasonably believe breaches this section, and to refuse service at our discretion.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring plan at any time before your next billing date. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Limitation of liability

We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee any specific business result, view count, engagement level, ad performance, or return on ad spend, as these depend on many factors outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific deliverable giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Third-party services

The website and services rely on third parties such as our payment provider, hosting provider, form/email tools, and cloud storage. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located there, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
